We slept in again this morning and then I went to class. Today I had Technique and then pointe and then I had Character which is my favorite so far. This afternoon we went for a ride on the Staten Island Ferry(or as Mrs. Terri would say "Staten Ferry Island") It was really rainy and foggy so you couldn't see the statue that well but it was ok. Friday, we went nowhere in the Morning then I went to school and had Technique then a dance history lecture and then pointe. That afternoon we went to dinner with my cousin michael and Andrew and then we went to the moma and then we went to one of Michael's plays which was really funny. Thats about all.....

Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday

Monday Morning was an early one. I was forced to wake up at 7 in the morning so that I could be at the school at 9 for the placement class. Unfortunatly the placement class didn't start until 9:30 so we had some time to kill. After the placement class we got some lunch and then I went back to the school at 12:30 for my first class of the intensive. My first class was Technique and it was 2 hours long. After that I had point and then pilates. Then We all went to the Empire state building. Tuesday we decided to sleep in and then I went to school. I had Technique, pointe and Jazz which was really really hard but kinda fun. After that we went to the Brooklyn tabernacle to hear a really great service. Then we went to dinner with Andrew. On wednesday we went to the rockafeller center in the morning and then I went to class. Wednesday I had Technique then pointe then I had a nutrition lecture. Then I went to see the ballet sylvia with all the Joffrey people. Thats about all.

Wednesday the last day

well this is another blog without any pictures because again I am at another persons home and do not want to upload my pictures onto thier computer. But I promise that I will post a whole blog when I get home with all the pictures that I haven´t posted yet. So anyways today is the last full day in Iceland. Tommorrow we are leaving and to tell you the thruth I don´t know if I am going to miss it as much as I thought I would. The weather is always cold and I´m gettin a little tired of everyone speaking a different language then me. Me and Anna have vowed that we are going to learn Icelandic so that the next time we come it won´t be so frustrating for us. I had a really good time though. I didn´t spend as much time with sig then I wanted to. But thats ok. I spent most of my time just hanging out with the fam. It was really nice. I saw a lot of people that haven´t seen me in over 6 years so that was interesting. we leave tommorow at 5 pm and although being on the plane for 6 hours we actually arrive in Boston at only 6:30. Which means that we lost like 6 hours. So we are going to be freakin tired when we get home because even though it will only be like 9 or 10 for us it will be like 3 am. Then we have two days and we have to hop on another plane to New York minus Dad and Jeremy and plus Mrs. Terri and Beth. I´m really excited about new york and really nervouse too. Saturday and Sunday

Sorry that I skipped Wednesday, It was pretty boring. Anyway, Saturday was interesting. Dad and Jeremy left early in the morning to go biking. They biked like 40 kilos. But while they were biking Sig, me, Anna and Mom all went shopping. I (of course) did not buy anthing. Anyone who knows me well knows that it takes me forever to pick something out, especially when I´m spending my own money on it. I am so indecisive that I couldn´t keep up with everyone else and so therfore bought nothing on the day that was completely dedicated to buying things. But it was pretty fun anyways. We started at the flee market and I saw a couple things that I liked but nothing worth buying. Then we shopped at a couple little stores down town. Then Sig left and the three of us headed over to the mall and did some shoppinn there. OMG you would not believe how much more exspensive things are in Iceland then they are back home. We went to this one shop called topshop and I found this really cute skirt and it cost 12,000 krona thats about 120 dollars. I went to another shop and found a simple white sundress that cost 78,000 krona which is about 780 dollars. It was unbeliveable. So as you can imagine I didn´t buy anything at the mall. Then Anna and Sig went to a camp out so me and mom were the only ones left at home. So we went downtown and rented two movies. Baby Mamma (which I have already seen but it was just as hilarious the second time) and 7 pounds(if you don´t like sad movies then don´t rent this). After that Dad and Jeremy came home and we all went to bed. Sunday is pretty fun so far. we went back to the flee market in the morning and I bought a ton of make up because it was pretty cheap there. We got foundation, powder, mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow for only 2000 krona(20 bucks) then I got these really cute flats for only 1000 krona. So some pretty good deals. After that we went to go see some more of the fam and had a little lunchin at the Icelandic relitives house. And thats were I am right now. I will put some pictures up tommorrow maybe but I havta go. Thursday and Friday

Well, I can´t put any pictures in this blog or the next one because I´m on someone elses computer so yeah. So I´ll write. Thursday we woke up early in the morning anf went to the blue lagoon with the fam and Sig. The showers were extremelu awkward of corse and not very pleasant. But once we got in that pool of hotness it was so soothing that all my worries seemed to melt away. Anywho, we hung out in there for a while and then we went out to lunch. Sig had to go home so the me and the fam went to my dads cousins house for a little family reunion. I hate family ruinions of any type. I wish i liked em but I just don´t. So that was interesting, but what made the whole thing even more interesting was Jeremy and I´s little adventure. Jeremy and I decided that we were bored and so we went outside and hung out there for a while then, when we finally decided to got back inside found that we were locked out. We jiggled the handle and it just wouldn´t budge. We searched the outside of the door for some sort of button. But we soon found that if we just pushed the door, it would come open. We proceeded though the next door and went up to the room where the party was. We jiggled that handle and it was actually locked. Jeremy suggested that we knock but I decided that we should go back down stairs and ring the bell. So we rang the bell and made our way back up to the room. We jiggled the handle once again only to discover that it was in fact still locked. This troubled us both intensly. We started arguing in English outside of the door. A man opened the door and stared at us strangly. We figured that he was just one of the party guests and as all the apartments in this particular building look exteremely simalar we had no idea that is wasn´t the apartment in which the party was being held, that apartment was one floor up. We waltzed into this couples home about to make ourselves confortable. when we were about three quarters of the way into this couples apartment the man looked at us and said where do you think that you are going. A moment of realization came over me and both shocked and embarrassed I quikly apoligized and we left. That is pretty much all that happened on Thursday. Friday was very eventful. The fam and also Sig and her fam all went around the Golden Circle. Which is a circle ful of exciting little landmarks and stuff. The first thing that we went to was Þingvellir which is a park type thing with a huge waterfall and stuff. I will have another blog with all the pictures from it and everything else we saw. Anywho, It was fun for climbing and stuff. I climbed like half way up the mountain with Sig. After that, we went to see the geisure which is a huge pot of boiling water that shoots up into the air. I got a couple videos of that. The next thing we did was go to gullfoss which is one of the bigest waterfalls in Iceland. So that was pretty fun except by then it was freazing cold and I didn´t really feel like getting out of the car. After that we went back to the flat and Sig came over and made us two big pizzas while we watched the Hulk(which by the way is one of the stupidest movies ever) Thats about it.

Tuesday

well, today we basically just hung out at the flat for the first part of the day becuase Sig was at work. we went to perlan because Dad thought that there was a internet cafe in there but there wasn´t. Me mom, dad and jer went to go see the geisur and we took some pics. Then the rents dropped me and Anna off at Loki cafe. We stayed there for a couple hours and then we went to dinner with sig. It was pretty freakin' awesome.

well, our first full day in Iceland was pretty interesting. I didn´t wake up till noon and it was really nice to sleep in. I got ready and the fam took a little walk around our neighborhood and downtown. We visited some bookstores and got a pylser. Then we all headed over to the harbor and hung out there for a while and took some pics. Then we returned home and Sig came over. We hung out at the flat for a while with sig and then we all went over to her fams house for a very dilisious dinner. We stayed there until 2 in the morning. You know how dad is about talking. Me and Anna and Sig hung out and Jeremy and Hera got to know eachother. They played card together all night. Then we returned home for a restful night of sleep. Thats about all. Love you guys!

my first two days in Iceland

well, the first two days of my Iceland expeirience have been very event full. After waking up at 4 in the morning on Sunday, Luke drove all five of us to the airport. I probably had the most crap to lug around and feared that my lugage was going to be over weight and that I would have to leave things behind. Ah, but how wrong I was. When we got to the airport, we waited in a long line only to have to mean old lady iritated with us because one of our bags was overweight. And it wasn't my bag, nor what it Anna's in fact it was moms. So, we all started ripping things out of her suitcase in the middle of the airport as the impatient old lady stood there looking at us disaprovingly. after that we boarded a tiny little plane and waited on the peice of crap for three hours. Then we had to go through security all over again in Boston, except this time we were a little better at it. Next, we boarded a much larger plane that was brand new. It had tvs on the back of every seat and they provided blankets and pillows. It was luxury. Anna and I sat in our roomy seats and watched slumdog millionare on our own personal tvs(by the way that movie was really good)

So, This summer I am going to New York and Iceland. We leave for Iceland on the 14th of June and then we get back on the 26 and stay home on the 27. Then we leave for New York on the 28 and are there untill some time in early July, I don't really know. Me, Anna, Mom, Dad, and Jeremy are going to Iceland and will be staying in a flat time thing. We are mostly there to see Sig, but also to see the sites and stuff. Me, Anna, Miss Terri, Mom and Beth will be going to New York and the whole time I will be attending the Joffrey balllet junior summer intensive while the rest of them site see. We are staying at the Modern hotel. So yeah, I will keep you updated.
